“One of my favorite ways to create my own “patterned paper” is by repeating several die cuts to fill a background. Tone-on-tone die cuts looks great, but try adding color too!”

“Try using faux wood cardstock to make the oval hoops look like actual embroidery hoops. Stitch a panel underneath, or skip the stitching and keep with the theme by creating a textured white panel with the Essentials by Ellen Piercing Plates.“

“Shaker bits move more freely if you use extra thick foam to pop up the top layer. You can also fold your foam tape in half to make it double thick.”
