Hello Friends! I’m happy to be a guest on the Ellen Hutson blog today to share a fun and summery Lawn Fawn reveal wheel project with you. I am using lots of new summer products along with the reveal wheel die in today’s video to create a fun card for Dad perfect for Father’s day.
The new simple wavy borders and palm tree borders are perfect for pairing with the Smooth Sailing set. I just love the sailboats and the little critters in this set, they are so cute! The sailboats are perfect for paper piecing with pattern paper to add some extra interest to your sailing scenes.
The semi-circle reveal wheel add-on may have been designed for small images to rotate around but I like the idea of putting the whole sentiment in the arch just by curving the stamp to fit the window. I think it might also be fun to only stamp a sentiment on one side of the wheel so that it just appears and then disappears as you turn it. The reveal wheel templates certainly make stamping in the window super simple.
