Easy Thank You Card With Felt

Handmade cards are a wonderful way to say thank you and the addition of felt makes this thank you card extra special!

Today Julie has a colorful thank you card that will give you all the feels—literally!  It’s warm and cozy with the addition of the Essentials by Ellen Felt Collections!

TIPS:

• Use Washi tape to keep your letters aligned and spaced as you wish; you can flip them over to apply glue and then transfer to your card front!
• Neutralize Washi Tape against your inner forearm to help when removing later on; you’ll avoid tearing the paper surface.
• The card stock “drop shadows” of the alphabet letters not only give the felt added visual oomph, but also help you space out your felt letters (felt doesn’t stick well to Washi tape so this alleviates the challenge of trying to eyeball it)
• Use the L ruler from the MISTI Creative Corners Tools to align long skinny sentiments —totally helps keep them straight!
