Happy National Unicorn Day – 2 Projects Featuring Unicorns ‘n Rainbows

We’re celebrating National Unicorn Day here on the Ellen Hutson Blog! EH Brand Ambassador, Adelina, is sharing two projects using the Unicorns ‘n Rainbows set by Julie Ebersole.

Who knew National Unicorn Day was a thing?! I wonder if they celebrate it in Scotland? Did you know the unicorn is their national animal. *laugh* I digress … today I’m sharing a process video for two projects I created using the Unicorns ‘n Rainbows stamp set.

It was so fun to work with these Copic colors. Spring is in the air and in the PNW, we’re seeing a lot of rainbows lately after small rain storms. Warmer temps are just around the corner and these brightly colored projects brought me some serious happiness!

Both of my projects feature the Holographic cardstock by Lawn Fawn. You guys, don’t miss out on this cardstock pattern. There are actually a variety of metallic patterns included in this paper pack and they’re all holographic. They are so cool!! Paired with cloud scenes or the EBE Constellation background die … oh man, the possibilities are endless.

You can check out my process video below or head over to the EH YouTube channel to watch.

Are you celebrating today? I hope these projects inspire some fun unicorn themed projects for you. I’ve missed making unicorn themed projects. They used to be my “go-to” images when my daughter was younger. Now she’s a teenager and has outgrown the unicorn stage – though occasionally I sneak them in here and there for her. I just can’t resist!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you leave here a little inspired! Have a great week.
