Inspiration for Mod Floral Die | 2 Cards

Where do you find your inspiration? Today Therese found a card she couldn’t resist…. and she just had to make it for you!

Have you ever seen a card that you just HAD TO recreate? Hi there it’s Therese, when I saw this card HERE that Donna Mikasa created using the Mod Floral Die Set I just knew I had to make it too! And she very generously gave me permission to create my own version and share it with you. Thank you Donna.

I started by creating my very own watercolor cardstock using the Tropical Fiesta Watercolor Brush Markers from Altenew.

I created a total of 4 panels and cut them out using the Mod Floral Die Set.

It was very easy to come in after the panel had dried to add color to the leaves individually.

I used dimension and added the Pinkfresh Studio Hotfoil Plate sentiment Best Wishes.

I decided that my first card was very similar to Donna’s, even though I did change up the colours and the sentiment…

so I did a second card. This time I added a frame border using one of the Essential 4-Bar Rectangles.

and I used the Celebrate Hot Foil Plate from Pinkfresh Studio. I adore these fonts!

I hope you have enjoyed your visit and have found some inspiration yourself!

Love the results of all 3 cards! I didn’t think I needed this die, but I was wrong. I like how easily you got fantastic color mixing with the watercolor pens. Just gorgeous!
