Are you looking for an easy DIY décor project for fall? Well Carly is here with an easy pumpkin garland perfect for fall!

Did you know that ovals make adorable pumpkins? Well they do when you put three together! Let me tell you more about how I used the Essentials by Ellen Essential Ovals and Essential by Ellen Essential Ovals For Stitching to create this easy pumpkin garland!
I started by using a little low-tack tape to temporarily place an Essentials by Ellen Essential Oval with an Essential by Ellen Essential Oval For Stitching together to die cut ovals from felt.

I placed three of the ovals together and stitched through the top oval.

Then I did it again so I had two.

I started stitching the ovals together so they formed a little pumpkin pocket with the top open.

I stuffed the little pumpkin with some batting…

Then I die cut a mushroom (from the Essentials by Ellen Fallish die set) from brown felt, turned it upside down, placed it in the top of the pumpkin and finished stitching it closed.

Then I made more…

And I strung them together to make a cute garland for my little guy’s bookshelf. I also added a little no-sew garland (check out the EH Instagram to see more about that).
