Are you looking for ways to stretch your stamps? Have you ever customized a stamped image by coloring just part of it? Emily is here today to share this fun spotlight coloring technique!

Hi there! Emily Midgett back again with another installment in the Exploring With Emily series. This month, I’m showcasing a super fun “spotlight” technique using Copic markers and a couple of different kinds of ink.

I used two different large scale floral stamp sets to show you how you can “spotlight” just a section of the stamped image using regular Copic-friendly ink as well as Ink On 3’s Fadeout Ink, then create a smooth background using just one juicy Copic marker. There’s no rule that says you can’t customize these huge images, right? Make them your own! I hope you’ll enjoy this video… I also have a few tips for doing no-line coloring with Copic markers, so I hope you’ll find them helpful. Thanks so much for watching!
