Four Ways To Use Abstract Mountain And Abstract Sunset Dies

Today I’m sharing four ways to use background dies to create beautiful landscape cards. The new Essentials By Ellen Abstract Mountain and Abstract Sunset dies create beautiful paper pieced landscape backgrounds for your card projects. I’ll add some fun twists along the way to show you how to get more mileage out of these dies.

Hi everyone! It’s Carissa Wiley with you here today to share four cards that feature the new Abstract Mountain and Abstract Sunset dies. These gorgeous paper piecing background dies are sure to knock your socks off and are fabulous for creating cards for all occasions.

I’ll also be using the new All About You stamp set and coordinating You die. The All About You stamp set contains a one piece stamp that coordinates with the Nice Of You die set. This allows you to stamp and die cut several sentiment strips all at once! It’s a great time saver.

These dies create backgrounds that are beautiful on their own, but I’ve added my own twists by die cutting, stamping, slicing and creating a window card featuring these backgrounds. Be sure to watch the video tutorial to see how all of these cards came together.
