Hey there, the Christmas Carol that I picked is Santa Claus is Coming To Town. It’s Amy Tsuruta and I’m definitely dating myself when I say that I remember looking forward to watching the movie on an annual basis. I’m excited to have my friend Jill joining me today too! Here’s how I was inspired:
My tag features the set, Santa’s List by Julie Ebersole. The images were perfect for the song.
I teamed it up with the Shaker Globe by Julie Ebersole. The background of the tag is Concord & 9th Aqua Sky cardstock along with white glitter cardstock. I thought about designing a shaker tag but decided to do a bit of a faux shaker with the glitter cardstock. That Hero Arts glitter cardstocks looks especially glittery to me.
Tip: Using glitter cardstock is a great alternative to designing a shaker element.
The Farmhouse Tags contains 3 different tags, along with a reinforcement die that adds some great contrast. The long tag is so easy to customize to the length of your sentiment. I heat embossed the sentiment in Hero Arts Gold embossing powder.

A great song and Amy you refer to a movie… I remember the B/W animated wooden characters TV show that came on (only once per season mind you) that I absolutely loved. Remember “put one foot in front of the other and soon you’ll be walking ‘cross the floo-oo-oor”?
