Today I’m sharing a fun heat embossed acetate gift tag that’s sure to have your heart singing ALL the Christmas carols this season!

It’s Carissa Wiley here with you today and I have a fun acetate gift tag to share with you today….inspired by the carol, O Christmas Tree.

When I think about the Christmas carol ‘O Christmas Tree’ and the lyrics…I am left thinking that perhaps that Christmas tree was an artificial tree. After all, what real tree’s branches are “unchanging”? So…..if it’s an artificial tree, then it MUST be a pink tinsel tree, right? It is in my world!

In my world, Christmas trees are pink and glittery. And there are few things I love more than pink with a rich evergreen color. So while I went rogue on my pink tree, I still brought in the traditional evergreen that brings that holiday feel.

I’ll show you how I created this layered, heat embossed, acetate tag in today’s video, so be sure to check that out! Also be sure to check out the fabulous tag our wonderful guest designer created for your inspiration.

Thanks for joining me today! I hope you’ve been inspired by this project. Until next time, I hope you have a fabulous day!

XOXO
Carissa

We have our friend Galina Flippenko teamed up with Carissa! Here’s how she was inspired by the O Christmas Tree – Christmas carol:
