Embellishing With Die Cuts With Carissa Wiley

Today I’m going to share how to embellish your handmade valentine using something you can probably make yourself….die cuts!

Hi, it’s Carissa Wiley here with you today sharing a simple heart themed love card that’s embellished with die cuts! In fact, this card features only white card stock…something you probably have in your stash. And I’ll show you how you can make a colorful card, perfect for Valentine’s Day using white card stock and a couple other supplies from your stash. To top it off, we’ll embellish with, you guessed it, white card stock die cuts!

Die cuts are an easy embellishment that you can add to any card. Cut them from the same color as your card base to create a low-key texture embellishment. Or cut them from a contrasting card stock to make a statement! Either way…they’re easy to use, simple to create and if you run out…you can just make more!

Be sure to check out the video tutorial above, where I’ll walk you through the creation of this white card stock only card. I’ll give you some tips and tricks along the way to make your card making a breeze!

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed this project and the video. Until next time, I hope you have a fabulous day!
