Justine here for another process video cardmaking tutorial this month featuring the amazing new November release by Julie Ebersole! I am using the pop up mittens to create a fun, interactive card so I wanted to keep things fairly simple with a twist of non traditional colours.
For the front, I used the Snow Buddies stamp. I stamped them in Catherine Pooler Inks: Melon Ice, Coral Cabana and Tiki Torch. I topped them off with tons of accessories from the stamp set. Stamping the snowmen in solid colours and then adding the accessories in black, is probably the most simple way to use this stamp. You could also colour and mask if you were interested in doing solid outline snowmen instead.
The inside of the card is where the magic happens. I created my own coloured cardstock by applying ink directly from my ink pad to a piece of cardstock. I die cut the mittens and the pop up piece and added them to the inside of my card.
