TIPS:
- Crepe paper and/or tissue paper is so thin you can cut quite a few layers with one pass—speed up your project by stacking the layers!
- Tassels can be assembled using white glue, but the set up is longer; try using a hot glue gun to secure pieces quickly.
- Gold foil paper scraps are the perfect finishing touch for your party picks and tassels.
