Hello everyone! Adelina here sharing a process video on creating a monthly layout in your Canvo using the Voices In My Head stamp set from the June Essentials by Ellen release. I’ve used a variety of mediums in my Canvo so far and for this video I decided to try the Zig Clean Color brushes to add color to my images. I am loving how easily these markers blend in the Canvo with very little water! I’m also using a few other favorite Essentials by Ellen stamps sets for this layout that you might already have in your stash.
I’m especially excited about how easy it was to do a monthly layout using the Plaid Maker stamp set. Much faster than drawing lines by hand!
Tips:
- Try the Painted Stripes or Plaid Maker stamp sets by Essentials by Ellen for your monthly & weekly layouts in your Canvo.
- When blending colors on your images using Zig Clean Color markers, a little water goes a long way. It doesn’t take much to blend colors together.
- Scribble the brighter colors onto a plastic sheet and water them down to get varying saturations of the colors.
- Create cardstock in custom colors using your ink pads, white cardstock and blending brushes.
